BUGS: When I first looked at the apartment, there were dead roly polys everywhere to which the leasing official told me that the balcony door had been left open. Shame on me for believing that because when I moved a few weeks later, there were bugs again. I thought maybe they forgot to clean it, so they sent someone to clean it. A few weeks later, I noticed more dead roly polys. I went to the office again. They told me that they would re-seal my door. The lady up front patronizingly told me if I just picked up a broom, I could sweep them up. Guess what I did for a year? Silverfish suck, but out of the 4 apartments I stayed in San Antonio over the years, they were everywhere.
THE REAL REASON FOR MY REVIEW: I moved out in July 2018. I had to drive to Virginia on the weekend, so they day I moved out, I was told to leave my keys on the counter. I did that. I followed up with an email to the front office asking if there were any due outs, to which I was told no, I was good to go. Fast forward. It is now Oct 2018. I get a notification from Credit Karma saying that my score had dropped. When I investigated further, I noticed I had some outstanding balance to Peanut Factory for ~$400. I was COMPLETELY unaware of this charge. On top of that, I emailed and called and did not receive a response for a week telling me me that I did in fact have a balance but not for what? I was not notified in ANY way and I thought I had a good open communication via email and phone with the front office. I have several emails communicating with them about other things. I am extremely disappointed at the lack of courtesy th the BH Management and Peanut Factory Management. Lease with them if youre looking for a headache.
