I just thought I would write something positive about this AMAZING COMPLEX I I have lived at this complex for a year now for a year and Absolutely LOVE this place. The staff is amazing and it is fresh clean and very modern! The office staff is very helpful and I had only one issue since Ive been here and so minor they fixed the issue within 8 hours. They take pride in there establishment. I love the pool in the summer it was a great and when getting my lease renewed they were so reasonable I will stay here its like a resort! !!! Kudos to the staff and my place I call home THANKS GUYS
Upon moving in apt was dirty with dead bugs and black ants on the window sill. Office staff would close the pool for unknown amounts of time to supposedly clean the pool but it was always dirty and green. Office staff always had excuses. The apts are very noisy. You can hear everything your neighbors are doing, including snoring. Thank goodness we are only living here for 4 months because these apts are nothing close to luxury. Dont move here
These apartments are aesthetically pleasant, considering the complex is relatively new, however be weary when you leave after finishing out your lease. I spent hours and hours cleaning my apartment, just to see a bill for $420 for egregious cleaning and repair fees. If youre a college student and/or dont have the funds to cough up that kind of money, I do not recommend this place. I even tried talking to one of the staff members about the fees, but telling from his lack of eye contact, body language, and easy dismissal of my cleaning abilities, he had no intention of compromising with me. Its telling how much they dont care about the lasting impression of residents, which is something that shouldnt be taken for granted considering those opinions matter for potential residents, people rely on reviews. If you visually love the place enough to lease, when move out day comes 1. TAKE PICTURES, 2. Hire cleaners (if you can afford it, either way it would be a lot cheaper than what Legacy charges), 3. If possible, ask if you can tag along during the apartment walk-through so theres no discrepancies. Another thing that was irritable, I had turned in my move-out notice in time (60 days prior), about a month later, I get a call from the staff attempting to see if Id be interested in releasing. Logically, it would make sense to not hold the notice if a resident hadnt explicitly stated they would be releasing, few weeks before my move out date, I go to the office to ask about the prorated rent for my final month, come to find out, despite turning in the notice at the appropriate time, they had manage to get me to pay an about additional $300 for rent (consequently from never processing my notice), phrasing it as if they were helping me not have any demerits on my leasing records and that the extra two weeks would buy me more time to move out. Overall, pretty place to live at, but best believe, theyll try to exploit extra money out of when you decide to leave.
The apartment manager is SO NICE! The apartments are beautiful on the inside and out! The residents are all close with each other and we all get along. Definitely a 10/10 as far as any apartments I've lived in.
