The office staff is very unprofessional... It's all about money... They don't work with residents. they are thinking about how to make more money... It used to be a very nice place but now it's just getting down the road... That is my opinion based on my experience.

Trash constantly on sidewalks, grass and road all while maintenance walks/drives by. Theres basically 24hr access to the gated community meaning everybody dumps trash and couches by dumpsters, people deal and use drugs throughout the complex. Dogs are left to bark, pee and poop on porches all day. They could easily fix their parking problem by demolishing their UNUSED GARAGES. To make room for people who are already living there but no. I step in dog poop almost every time I walk through any grass on this property. They could easily put up signs or enforce rules as many other apartments do. Management only stays in office and has no idea what its actually like to live here.

Hill Country Villas has the charm and the prices are affordable. Great staff who are kind and responsive.

After we have left and payed and cleaned and everything we had to do they still changed us for things that's didn't even added up but we payed it anyways so we can just leave and go on. Thinking everything was good and final nope they called us saying we still owed them money they even had the receipt and notes in there book that we called and still they charged us. So not once but twice did we pay this apartment. They had such a huge turnover for front desk staff also. They would hire some of the ghettoes and rude people ever. We also had someone steal from are laundry room we reported it to the front desk and they say they can't do anything about it. Don't waste your time and money here.

The new management has made positive changes. They recently power-washed the breezeways; are enforcing parking rules; are picking up after people who carelessly litter; are seeing to it that irresponsible dog owners clean up after their pets; and in general, they seem to truly "care" about their residents.
