When I first moved in, the complex was under different management and things were better. Now, the new management is terrible. There is constantly trash in the hallways, dog poop in the hallways and on grounds, and tonight marks the 8th time in 6 weeks that the fire alarms have gone off in the middle of the night. The walls here are terribly thin; neighbors are very loud, you can hear every step taken and word said if its at a decent volume. Parking is not good; the entrances to the pool never function properly, and the community center is a joke bc its only open during the day when the majority of the community is gone. Unfortunately I have a 13 month lease so Ill have to deal with all of this for a while. Its not worth the $$$ they charge.

This place is not what they advertise there are no Cabanas, they promised over a year now its coming , the game room is only open during business hours so if you want to have guest over and play a game of pool on a Friday or Saturday night as early as 6 pm your out of luck! The coffee bar is only open during business hours so again if your on your way out to to work you cant get a cup of cofffee whats the point of having a coffee bar. They have never powered was the halls or pool areas, they have a tv they purchased for the outdoor area and there is no furniture to sit on um how do we sit? The walls are thin and if you live on the first or second floor you hear every step foot from above. Dog Pooh everywhere.

When I first moved in things seemed great. It has a beautiful pool and clubhouse, and the apartments themselves are very nice. However, I soon discovered a few issues. Everywhere you go there is dog poop, huge piles. I even had someone let their dog poop outside my dining room window and when I knocked on the window to remind him to clean it up he proceeded to cuss me out. I did let management know and they handled it. However, I see little effort to actually solve the problem in the first place. There is now a new property management company and things have gone downhill. They removed the website for making online payments with no word on if/when a new one will be available. The phone lines are constantly down so you have to go to the office if you have issues. They don't respond to emails. And now they are closing the clubhouse 30 mins before the office closes, which means if you work a 9-5 job you wont be able to use it. When I questioned the front office they said 1) our rent/fees do not in any way pay for the clubhouse (she even said if they didn't have a clubhouse to begin with the rent would have been the same) and 2) they don't know when if/when they will be able to keep it open longer because the folks at the property management company are in meetings all day. When I asked to speak to the manager I was told I have to schedule a meeting. Sadly I signed a 13 month lease, but I cant wait to leave because it is not worth the rent prices.

Brand new place but there's been issues since moving in. Things have gotten worse over time.
