I just moved in a few weeks ago and so far, it's been all I had hoped it would be. The leasing staff has been excellent and has gone above and beyond to make sure all my needs are being met. Extremely friendly and engaged. The maintenance staff has been awesome and friendly also. I love my studio apartment; more room, storage and space than I expected plus the floor, fridge, appliances, lighting, countertops and cupboards are really nice. Bathroom looks great and the washer and dryer included is a nice touch. Pool and gym are great along with the clubhouse area. Always enough room for resident parking and easy access to the major highways. It's always fun to be able to walk to the bars, shops and restaurants. If you are a fan of the Pearl, The Broadway 1800 is a must.
These are way too expensive for what you get. The noise being right on Broadway is noisy from the cars, buses, trucks, horns honking, people yelling. Most importantly, the owners are known slumlords...they have one of the most slummy apts on Harry Wurzbach...and they are multimillionaires w/ trust funds and treat tenants like trash. Plus, Julian Castro gave them over $500K that should've gone to low income housing. Very shady. DO NOT MOVE HERE!
