    Walls are pretty thin could hear a lot of things that I shouldn't be hearing. Homelessness a problem in the area. Key fob not working half the time. Place is not kept up nicely 24/7. It looks nice and location seems good but not worth the price

    This place is actually the worst apartment you can sign a lease at. The walls are PAPER thin, fire alarms goes off at 4:50 am the other day and now 7:30 am (on top of that we get no type of communication from the leasing office that says sorry or if the issue is being solved). Have had numerous issues here and would highly suggest never signing an apartment lease here.

    Where do I start? well for starters the grounds are always left messy and dirty as if there is no care for the property at all. Stains and spills are constantly in the hall ways and the elevators, not luxurious at all. The property also allows for guest to stay like a motel through Stay Alfred so good luck feeling safe around your constant unknown neighbors who have access to everything on the property. Aside from that there is always the constant threat of theft in the garage. I personally have had my car broken into 4 times in the so called secured garage. When asked to review the footage since they have cameras in there I was told its to large of a task to sit there and view it because it would take all day. Want to live on the river walk? dont do it I have had stuff stolen from my patio 3 times along with all my neighbors. You would think they would do something to help us out but think again. I warn you this place is def headed in the wrong direction and have never had so many issues living in a so called luxury apartment. Also be advised that safety as I am told is not in the lease terms and condition so every one has to fend for themselves.
