Let me start off by saying that the complex is beautiful, the staff is polite and friendly and the maintenance is addressed asap (even on Sundays). That being said I'm extremely dissatisfied by the lack of parental supervision around bldg 5 when you have kids screaming, throwing their ball and riding their bikes up&down the stairs and hallways from 3pm to 7 when the complex has such a big yard for them! I don't mind kids playing loudly as long as they're not screaming right outside my window!
Anything that is common courtesy is now considered special treatment . I do not like the office staff's attitude of acting as if they are doing the resident a favor by doing simple things of letting one know they have a package in the office, especially when complaints have been brought up of the postal service not leaving notices. Further, I haven't received a water bill since moving into a different unit. I have noted this with the office and nothing has changed.
It's an older complex but all of my maintenance concerns have always been addressed very quickly and personably. However... You have got to do something about all of the couches and mattresses building up at the dumpsters. I realize it's the residents that caused the problem but let's be honest, it's the residents who have already left that leave them.
