Near outdoor activity, restaurants , and we feel safe here. Hard eight bbq, sushi bars, steak house and a lot more restaurants. Library is close too.

Lord of kids lots of amenities near by. Lord of things to do. Pet friendly. Close to downtown which is a cool family friendly area

Awesome streets, houses , people. Everyone is so friendly. It is close by to the stores and freeway.

Lots of close people that will do emitting for the other homes if they need help or having problems in general

I like the way my neighorhood looks. It is clean & well maintained. Safer than most other neighborhoods.
