Overall, this is a nice place to live. It's generally quiet. Every now and then, a car will drive through with loud music. The staff are professional and attentive to your needs. For the most part, they respond to issues in a timely manner. Sometimes there are events that allow residents to connect with each other. It would be good if there were more events like these.

I have lived here for about a year and a half here are the pros and cons
Pros: beautiful apartments, new appliances, very quiet ( at least in my building ) and I feel very safe here.
Cons- dog poop everywhere because residents feel the need to not clean up after their dogs, trash is always around not to mention our stairs needs to be power washed, office people never call to let me know when someone enters to fix something not to mention they don't let me know I have packages either.

I have enjoyed my time here since I moved in April except for the roaches that come in. I haven't gone longer than a week without seeing one of those huge roaches. It's annoying. I am unsure what can be done aside from spraying (which I have had done, twice). I have placed out roach motels and have sprayed myself. It's gross and it honestly makes me want to move. The apartments are nice however, this issue seems never ending. I am unsure if it's due to the trees and bushes or neighbors. I'm hoping once it cools off I won't see them anymore but as of now I am really turned off.
The complex is nice and kept up. I like the amenities. Management has been nice and accommodating and so have the maintenance staff. The property itself is clean and fairly quiet. It's just this one issue that makes me reluctant to remain.

Green pools, dirty breezyways, roach problems, empty propane tanks in the grill, new staff every few months, never clean towels in the gym, grass is terribly cut, this place is going down hill.
