pros: beautiful clubhouse, nice gym.
Cons: 1) shoddy workmanship (glue, paint on cabinets, floor, tubs with no coating to prevent staining) had to make several maintenance calls to get corrected -
(2) MONTHLY OVERCHARGE FOR WATER charged me over $100 per month for 1bd/1ba apt). Got partial credit for overcharges but still overcharging me $60/mo and that's still too high. Been renting apts 20 years never ever had overcharges like this - and you have to pay because it's include monthly into your rent even if you dispute the overcharges.
(3) THIN FLOORS - be prepared to hear every sound from the tenant(s) above you especially if you have ignorant residents above you who stomp when they walk and constant walking across the floor.. No help from management after several noise complaints. Just get the runaround.

Good luck if they made a mistake with your bill. The office manager is never in the office, and don't expect to get a call back if you leave him a message. Oh, he is the only person can help with your problem too. Just hope he will like you and help you I guess.
Party and noise in the pool area till 4 am most weekends and some week days. No security or night guard. There is nobody to enforce the policies. People leave their trash outside their apartment on the weekends that there is no trash removal for three days. Anything breaks will not be fixed.
Luxury aprt but so much noises at weekends, there are no regulations, playing, laughing at lobby up to 3am, very disappointed ... if anything needs to be fixed good luck, I definitely move soon
