I once lived at this property and was pleased living there. I was interested in possibly moving back there, but no one called me back. Obviously they didn't want or need my business:-(
If I could give zero stars, I would. Great place to live if nothing ever goes wrong or you never need anything fixed....but god help you if it do. Customer Service does not exist within this property...honestly not even sure how they even rent these apartments considering no one is EVER working. It may take a dozen phone calls or emails, not to mention trips to the office to get anyone who actually works in the office to assist you at all. Management literally doesn't exist and the corporate office is ALWAYS closed too. Good luck if you choose to live here because all you will ever be told is it's your problem not theirs.
Worst staff ever. So rude and unhelpful. Especially Sherise, or whatever her name is. I would not recommend these apartments. Go somewhere else!!
This place is so peaceful and beutiful. By far the best apartment I been to.
Called 7 times over 2 days to set up a visit. Could not get anyone to answer phones. Wanted to set up a visit but could not do so.
