12 Month Lease Terms.<BR><BR><BR>We welcome two pets per apartment home. Per pet, there is a $250 pet deposit, $250 nonrefundable pet fee, and $15 monthly pet rent. There is a weight limit of 55 pounds per pet.<BR>
Please save yourself some money and don't come here. The manager here Martha is an horrible piece of coconut. The new company has only taken over 5 months or less and they've had 3 assistant managers, that's how horrible this lady is. We have tons of parking spots, yet they want 5o tow our vehicles. They only have 1 maintenance guy since they bought this place so good luck with your WO. This lady is so rude you'd want to slap her, her supervisor don't respond to complaints over email. This place is a nightmare and if you might constant nightmares, this place is for you.
Will charge for wear-and-tear maintenance, very loud plumbing issues, multiple domestic-disturbance calls resulting in police patrols, and office staff is a revolving door. Brush up on your rights as tenet before considering a lease here.
Dirty, overpriced, and extremely rude staff. Maintenance is done constantly because they're to cheap to properly fix anything. Management is constantly changing which means uneducated and unfriendly staff. I have never had a good experience with anyone at the office. Living here is miserable.
Very bad apartment I have ever seen, bad management and very racist, No repair, No work....
an example of the city report to see how much bad those apartments, all your kids will have allergies, your families will get harmed, Please be careful about those apartments and the management.
In addition, Chapter 6, Article VIII, of the City of Richardson Code of Ordinances requires all portions of the exterior of a structure; including, but not limited to, roofs, walls, doors, windows, overhangs, and guttering; to be maintained free of holes, defects, and decay, and to be kept structurally sound, weather resistant, water tight, rodent proof, in sound working condition, and without signs of deterioration.

The office staff here is very helpful and friendly. Collin has been here just at a year, he is very knowledgeable and helpful. Mike the new manager is always available to answer questions. My only complaint would be is the office staff and maintenance people don't stay long, the current and previous staff have all been good so I guess other properties scoop them up. I would recommend this property to a friend.
