The property honestly is beautiful. It shows well and will not see anything that would normally be unnerving during the day. However, a couple of issues are present. The parking garage is a deathtrap. It is extremely narrow and the residences fly around thru it. The U-turn corners are extremely dangerous in this light. Parking as a whole is becoming hard to find in the garage close to many units unless you are going to splurge for a reserved spot. As the property continues to fill this will only be getting worse. The first year where we are each (currently) provided extremely great incentives to move in are attractable but, come time to renew, the management is happy to see you leave as they are offering new prospects better deals than if you were to stay. IE: 6-weeks and $1,000 for a new move in. In general this saying they value a new prospect over $2,000 more than someone to stay at the property. If the stars were able to be rated for each part I would give the property itself a 4 (not a 5 simply due to parking) but management a 1 due to these issues.

I have not moved in yet, but I have already fell in love with my new apartment. The ladies in the office go above an beyond. I am amazed on what they had to offer with in my price range. I can't wait to see the resident lounge that's climate control, I will definitely be spending a lot of time there.
