its quiet place and im very comfortable and it feels safe.
Friendly service and all staff is prompt and helpful on any repair crisis. Manager is friendly and courteous. She is always willing to help as possible. I've heard horror stories on wait times for major repairs in other complexes, but Westcliff takes care of their resident's repairs promptly. That is very important to me.
Friendly staff, clean facilities from outside lawn which is well kept to laundry room cleaned daily. Pool is maintained regularly. Trash dumpters on regular scheduled pick up on a weekly basis. Maintenance crew is prompt to fix any problems in the apartment that needs attention. Regular pest control on property inside and outside. Friendly office staff who are onsite daily to take payments or help with any problems or questions you might have. Nice facility
The place is showing it's age, having been built in the 1970s. However, the office staff and maintenance are nice and easy to deal with. The neighborhood is relatively quiet and rent is less than it would be in Corpus Christi.
What is a Certified Resident?
A resident who lives at the property and has completed a resident satisfaction survey.
