Friendly service and all staff is prompt and helpful on any repair crisis. Manager is friendly and courteous. She is always willing to help as possible. I've heard horror stories on wait times for major repairs in other complexes, but Westcliff takes care of their resident's repairs promptly. That is very important to me.

I do not recommend they will charge you a several fee's once you move out. Management are horrible including to owner. They take forever to fix things and pest control hardly ever comes Monthly like they say. We had tons of little roaches everywhere. Pictures posted are not what the apartments really look like. They have old carpet and the floors are old tile that needs to be replaced which I dont think they plan on remodeling. You can not have cookouts outside if you wanted to because we were not allowed to have a pit and the ones they do provide are broken and had not been replaced then entire time we lived there. The laundry room only has 4 working washers and were always dirty including the dryers. Thank goodness my husband got a new job and we moved from these horrible apartments. Don't recommend at all

It's a great place to live. My boyfriend and I have been happy here since we moved in. If there are any problems, they help you right away. The people are very nice and respectful here.

This place is a dump. Dumpsters overflowing with garbage and furniture. Hurricane damage still not repaired, sewerage always stopped up, parking lot has huge holes. If it weren't for losing my home in Harvey I would not be here. EVER. THIS PLACE IS DISGUSTING.
