need to upgraded walking layout. all walk by circle.
Loud neighbors, safe, Nickle and dime management, best feature is the location.
Quiet, mature, cost-efficient, peaceful.
The staff is really nice. They actually care about the residents. They know me by my name and are always friendly. My neighbors are also really awesome .
I've been here over 3 years now. The 1st couple years was great and very pleasant. But since on site management and changes Milestone Management has implemented, the quality and community has changed for the worst. The parking issue has been a constant battle for me. Tenants that live across the parking lot their visitors constantly park on my side even though there clearly is ample parking on their side. I'm not sure what exactly is going on but management does not do their job and check the cars even when requested. They are too busy trying to sell their units to bother with the parking issue. And I'm inclined to think that management has friends that live in some of the units across from me that they don't tow violators or make the effort to check the cars actually belong there. And on top of it I am guessing the tenants give their parking sticker to their visitors so they can park under the car ports whenever they want. But no one cares to check into this. Management expects the residents to do all the work. Some of the other residents are pretty loud too- they yell, they scream and allow their pets to bark incessantly. I've had to call the police on one occasion. The maintenance is unprofessional and blame any issues on me instead of issues that are clearly routine wear and tear issues or issues caused by previous tenants attempt at shoddy cover up of scratches and nicks that now have worn off. The previous maintenance crew was polite and never made remarks to try to falsely incriminate and they worked quickly to fix issues and let you know they were there even if you weren't and notated what was fixed or done or what will be done. Now it takes weeks for anything to get fixed or taken care of. So if you previously read that we had great maintenance that was before not now. They also upgraded the main pool area and leasing office. The pool It looks exactly the same. The leasing office It looks slightly better but that money could have been saved to help
