It's not worth the price they increased the apartment for. I am disappointed with what going on with the rentals prices. They are trying to recover from the potential renters what they lost from some of the present renters.

Apartment was unclean and had broken items at move in. I sent photos, emails, and directly complained to manager. I thoroughly cleaned upon move in, and again upon move out. It could have been rented that same day. They had the nerve to charge me a cleaning fee! Maintenance was horrible. My AC/Heat never worked right after several maintenance requests, causing me excessive utility bills. Office staff was unfriendly, also had multiple billing errors. It was not worth the grief to fight getting the cleaning fee refunded on move out. This was a nightmare experience. Such a shame, as this used to be such a nice property.

irresponsible. The problem is maintenance, they dont care if your stuff are broken. Management at the leasing office is not helpful too!

My refrigerator has not been working since yesterday. I informed the staff twice and they told me that this is an emergency issue. Its been more then 24 hours and I am struggling to keep my groceries fresh. The AC is also broken. It does not go below 83 degrees. They sent someone to fix it, but it was still broken.
