DON'T RISK IT WALK AWAY! UDR are the absolute worst in management you can find. Rude, Condescending, No customer service skills at all. IF YOU HAVE A PROBLEM HERE, EVER: don't think they'll help you. If they give you anything, They'll just take it back during the "final inspection" + some.
To Sum it up:
If walking, you manage pass the dung of a recent animal... Picking it up, putting it in a bag, and giving it to a stranger, would be better than living in Legacy Village.
Don't waste your time and money.

Absolutely the worst complex I have ever lived in.
My lease is finally over and it felt like I couldn't move out fast enough.
Terrible staff, old apartments, no space, and over priced.
Upon move out they want to charge you for things that aren't your fault.
My upstairs neighbor had 2 water leaks that leaked into my apartment while I was living here. The last one was a few days before I moved out. Their water heater busted and poured rusted water into my apartment.
They cut out the walls and stated that contractors needed to come out to fix everything.
I cleaned everything in the apartment at move out and the contractors had still not shown.
Now a week after move out I received a bill for carpet replacement due to the walkways being black and rust stains which had to be the contractors walking in without taking their shoes off and the rust was from the water leak. I highly recommend that u choose another apartment complex who will treat you better.
I was paying $1108 a month for a 740 sqft apartment. I have now moved 5 minutes away and am paying the same price for a 900 sqft apartment.
Do yourself a favor and avoid this complex if you dont have extra money to waste.

Legacy Village apartments are infested with Roaches! Beware of this apartment property with there high prices and low policy standards. The front office will try to transfer you into an new apartment but expect you to sign a additional 12 month extension. All tents within my building are dealing with roach problems and Legacy Village/ UDR are not taking the matters serious. Do not refer anyone to live here! Please Share!

I can hear my neighbor snoring ALL NIGHT. I do not recommend living here. It is really pathetic to pay rent and not be able to sleep in your own apartment.
