This is the worst apartment I have ever lived in. For starters, I had to drive up to Plano 3 times to change the paper work in their office, then they said they would check on an employer discount for me and when I called back the next day to check the status of the discount they had given away my apartment. You cant reach the leasing office, the numbers on the website don't work half the time, you have to wait for them to call you from another number, or go in. They never have anyone available to assist you, and if they are they don't know what they're doing.
After I moved in I had to submit about 8 work orders because of everything wrong with my apartment. Lights were barely held up hanging over the island, one of the showers didn't work (Now it just dribbles out of the shower head so we still don't use it), cabinets and shelves were falling off, and the hardwood floors had not been cleaned from the previous tenant. I had to submit all these items multiple times because maintenance kept marking them complete without fixing anything. They also wont come in your apartment if you have a dog that isn't caged so if you want to get something fixed you have to stay home from work to be there when they come. I am on the first floor and water leaks from the apartment above us, but maintenance told us not to worry about it to I have a water stain on my ceiling.
The courtyards are littered in dog poop. the turf, shrubs and planters all have dog poop in it. I have gone to work with dog crap on my shoes after taking my dog out in the mornings, and my dog has even gotten the flu from the dog park because there are mounds of poop.
I got charged 4x my usual water bill one month and I brought it in to show them that my water bill is usually $20-30 and they charged me over $100 which was a clear mistake. They "Couldn't do anything" and told me if I didn't pay it I would get late fees, and they never ever resolved it even after following up for months and months.
Really nice property with a poorly skilled management not focused on customer service.
Came close to signing a deal without working with my agent. When I contacted my agent the first thing she asked me was did you look at the reviews online? I bet you didnt quite glad I walked away.
Leasing agents are mostly nice, they just need a new customer focused management in place
Horrible place surrounded by rude and disrespectful people. The supervisor DAMON doesnt know how to talk to people and lacks basic manners to talk to women. Dont know these people get hired who have such wrong attitude. BAD BAD BAD customer experience and bad place.
You never get to talk to the staff!

I LOVE living here!!! Perfect location, great pools, and beautiful apartments! Maintenance completes my work orders within 24 hours and office staff is very friendly! I always work with Shelby and shes great but everyone are also very responsive and inviting!
