Quiet, clean, safe.
I've been here almost 6 years. Everyone has been nice and it has been mostly peaceful and quiet.
I would like to take the time out to recognize, Carlos on the maintenance team. One day we were experiencing plumbing issues and the carpet was very wet. Carlos was very helpful and informative until the concerns were resolved.
Here at Landmark at Collin Creek there are so many trees and there is enough grass space to play with our dog. My boyfriend and I really enjoy the community and staff. Work requests are completed timely and they are very nice. The apartment is big enough and we love the layout of our apartment. We really love living here
I've lived here for a little over a year I like this apartment complex. It's really quiet and the staff is friendly. They take care of service requests pretty quickly. I've had no issues with neighbors or the staff since we moved in.
