Let me start with this is a very property, however I have has a huge issue with them returning calls and getting different stories. I wanted to rent an apartment for move in for mid November, viewed the floor plan via a PDF file, when the unit became available it was not like the floor plan I was shown (no fireplace) and still had furniture in it, was told it would be another 72 hours for them to file the paperwork for abandoned furniture. I call the next day, left a message no call back, finally after 3 calls the office calls and leaves a message, I call back leave a message, no call back, a few days later (I am now a few days away from move in) call again Finally get a call back on the 22nd (move in day) late in the afternoon, call Saturday, couldn't even leave a message, called Sunday (closed). I finally gave up, missed the move in date I wanted and looked at other properties and signed a lease and was done. They finally called back Monday at lunch, I explained I had to move on and expected part of my deposit back (there application fees are totally outrages, they refused saying they could have come up with a solution...I am sure they could but if you don't answer the phone it does not matter.
The staff here is always willing to help. The wine room is a great way to enjoy a glass and meet your neighbors. It is a really nice and pleasant here. We have had a few maintenance issues but they respond quickly and get everything fixed right away. The apartments here are nice size and the garage areas have extra space.
Stay away. Looks great but beware. They claim to be SMOKE FREE, I have been here for 9 months and I get the sent of SKUNK on one side and the apartment below me is smokes more than a boolwing alley in the 1970s. Have complained and it still happens. The insulation sucks. Electric bills are high. Maintenance issues are supposed to be resolved in 48 hours but I have had ac issues the whole time. Parking sucks. Dog poop everywhere. Just a BAD place to be.
I am moving into the area and a friend of mine recommended this place. As I drove up it seemed nice. I went up to my friends apartment and he let me in. I had not seen him in several years. As we were setting upstairs I just asked him. "Dude when did you start smoking?" He shook his head and said "NEVER". He then went on to tell me that neighbor was smoking even though it is a Smoke Free place. After 30 minutes in the house I began to get a headache and we decided to leave. He showed me the place, but I would hate to rent at a place that is supposed to be smoke free and have to deal with that headache. So, I decided that I would go elsewhere. The places looks great but if you have smoke allergy or want a smoke free place this is not for you. I even asked him what the management has done to address the issue and the former manager did nothing, the maintenance guy was a smoker, and the new management is basically just trying to put bandaids on the situation but have not provided a solution yet.
If you want to enjoy the club house good luck. It is only open during business hours. Therefore, if you have a job you will never get to use it. The ac units are outdated and run nonstop. Electric bill for a 2 bedroom will run between $240-$350 a month because of this. It is supposed to be a
Smoke free environment and yet our apartment has a lot of issues with this. Have sent several emails to the corporate office and they never return emails which lets you know they dont care. You have to pay for an HOA that if you want to use it you have to go by the office to pick up a wristband or something but its only good for a few days. You would think that when you becaome a resident that you would get this and never have to go back to the office. They claim 48 hour maintenance, but they will send someone out and not finish the request and then send an email saying its fixed.
