I filled out a form on-line. I had filled out so many I forgot. The Manager Casey called me and informed me of the specials they were having. I thought this was awesome that she reached out to me to save me money. Not make money for her. When I came into the office, Mandy helped me with paperwork and wad very nice and extremely helpful.

This complex is horrible! I didn't believe the reviews when my husband and I saw this because we took it as a grain of salt. Well, much to our error they were all right. We have had cockroaches since August that all they do is spray which isnt doing anything, we had mold growing in our kitchen cupboards that were just treated with a little bleach and painted over. We also have mold in our living room and has been growing since Sept and the complex told me it was all treated when I still see huge mold spores all over the crown molding. The parking is horrible, nobody picks up after their pet, the grounds have fleas, and the dumpsters always have piles of bags, mattresses and other furniture overflowing the dumpster. You can find somewhere else to rent for $1000 a month better than here. It's so bad we are paying to break the lease!

If I could rate them zero starts I would. Do not rent from this place. They are nice and polite until you sign a lease and then their real personalities surface. For the amount of rent they charge, they should be a lot more respectful and attentive to their tenants. Both Kasey and Teresa are rude and condescending. They do not answer the phones but will hound you if you are a day late on rent. They are unwilling to work with people in emergency situations and are quick to try to evict you. They are dishonest and if you communicate with them I suggest you put everything in an email so that you have proof of the conversation. I've even seen them argue with people on Google reviews. Very unprofessional

Maintenance requests are closed out however the work is never done. The entire year duration of my lease, I was unable to use the storage area included with my unit because of the rats. The paint is cheap and so is the carpet. They gouge your entire security deposit until it is gone and you owe them money. They charged $15 to clean the toilet paper holders in the bathrooms but when I moved in the toilets were disgusting and the refrigerator had hair in it. They will not return phone calls when you leave messages to speak with them about billing issues.

There was mold and water damage in my unit (I have pictures) and instead of treating it, they painted over it. The same water damage and mold was found in the unit above mine and they did the same thing. The month my lease ended, I saw people moving out in large numbers and Heather (the new person who was very sweet) called me basically begging me to stay and asking what they could do to get me to stay. I talked to multiple residents who advised that they were leaving as soon as their leases were up. Everyone had the same complaints. Management and maintenance.

Parking is terrible & people have had their cars vandalized & broken into. Mailbox was broken into, items were stolen, personal mail on the ground.
