Today I had the privilege of seeing the fruits of the labor on the upgrades to our premises. I am so happy with the outcome. The pool area looks fantastic!! The office is absolutely magnificent!! So airy and spacious. Love the Decor and art works. The gym is almost completed and I can't wait to get in there!! The staff as always is attentive to our needs and the maintenance crew is timely and efficient. I can't speak enough at what a wonderful staff runs our complex, especially during this time of transition and construction . I love the bright new colors of the buildings. Now that the outside construction is comple, I can't wait till we again have resident functions and parties. I am very pleased with the timeliness in completing this phase of construction and the minimum amount of inconvenience it caused us residents. A job well done. Can't wait to see what the future holds.

This place has the worst people working for them. They cant even honor their own words for 24 hrs . We had inquired about a very expensive apartment on Sunday 23rd July and the very next day when we went to book the apartment on Monday 24th July they refused to give the apartment on the rate that they had earlier offered (less than 24 hrs ago) and raised it by $100!!!
I would have even paid that extra $100 but the lady at the front desk was so rude to my husband and did not even seem to be interested in giving the apartment.
I would never go to place where they treat customers without any consideration or respect.

Overall, it's been good. It's challenging to get someone to call me back when I leave voicemails on their machine. Also, I should be able to pay rent online--without a fee. Additionally, the touchpad for guests to dial in at the gate, still doesn't have my info loaded in it. Lastly, the Leasing Office hours are ridiculous. If you close at 6pm, how do you expect anyone to come in to see property or get help? As I write this survey, it's 6:24 pm and there's no one to help me with my renewal.
Office Staff makes errors and does not respond to requests i.e. have requested outside lights that are burned out be replaced with no response for almost one year. Had horrible time getting new lease renewal documents and when we did they gave is one day to sign and return. We had been requesting the docs for weeks.
