I would tell them that it is great....the rent could be a little cheaper....but it is a great place to live.
When I moved into the Villas I was worried about my neighbors. Mostly about noises. I was surprised to learn that my area and really the whole complex is so QUIET
I have been looking for a community that has everything in one place and I have found a place I can call home. I have been a resident for 2 months now and I love it. My apartment home is spacious with all the fixing and up to date on the amenities, inside and out. I am happy I found you.
I love the professionalism in the front office, the apartments are very inexpensive, quiet, i love the many different floor plans to choose from, the apartments are very secure with an officer or two staying on the property, the maintenance come very quickly when you report your concerns, i love the convenience of valet trash pick up, plus the 24 hour gym
It's quiet, but the only concern I have is that a couple of guys have been sitting outside smoking weed at night. but other than that I love coming home to my cozy place.
What is a Certified Resident?
A resident who lives at the property and has completed a resident satisfaction survey.
Advertising properties provide a list of email addresses of its residents to Kingsley Associates, a third party market research firm, who then sends out the satisfaction survey to the residents. Properties may also conduct satisfaction surveys of its residents through other third party market research firms. In those cases, we will publish those survey responses as long as the questions conform to our standard survey format.
