Quiet and safe neighborhood. Professional and responsive staff. Beautiful landscaping. Overall, living at Discovery at Shadow Creek Ranch has been a pleasant experience.
Discovery, in my eyes, is a community of hardworking and prideful employees. The front office is kind and attentive, almost to the point of annoyance. Maintenance workers are polite and meticulous. Everything is well kept and clean, including the landscaping and trash-bin areas. We have lived in quite a few apartment complexes over the years and nothing so far has even come close in comparison.
I like having easy pool access and a fitness center that's open 24/7. The monthly events have been great to attend! Also, the maintenance staff is very responsive.
Discovery apartments at Shadow Creek Ranch has been a thumbs-up experience for me so far, after one month. Neighbors have been courteous and there is no extreme noise. Communication with management, activities, amenities, and overall experience have been extremely good.
Discovery at Shadow Creek is economical and quality living; the perfect combination!
What is a Certified Resident?
A resident who lives at the property and has completed a resident satisfaction survey.
Advertising properties provide a list of email addresses of its residents to Kingsley Associates, a third party market research firm, who then sends out the satisfaction survey to the residents. Properties may also conduct satisfaction surveys of its residents through other third party market research firms. In those cases, we will publish those survey responses as long as the questions conform to our standard survey format.
Because reviews are from Certified Residents, and are managed by a third party, you can feel confident that the feedback provided is accurate and trustworthy.
From Houston go south on Highway 288 South toward Pearland for approximately 10.5 miles. Take the first exit after Beltway 8 for Shadow Creek Parkway. Turn right off of the feeder Road onto Shadow Creek Parkway. Turn left at the first traffic light onto Business Center Drive and the community is approximately one mile down on the right.
