Founded in 1903 following the Catholic organization of the Missionary Oblates of Mary Immaculate's arrival in Texas half a century earlier, Oblate School of Theology (OST) was originally established as the San Antonio Philosophical and Theological Seminary - with the mission of providing religious education and training for young men throughout the South and Southwest.
