What Renters Like and Dislike

What Renters Like and Dislike About New Braunfels

New upper scale community in farm land area; makes it unique. It is new and fresh and neighbors are friendly.

everybody is friendly, the amenities are new and well taken care of always. target, best buy, mcdonald's, p.f. chang's, etc, a lot of really nice well known businesses are near by. we like to go to the restaurants and movies near by.

I like my neighbors. I like i can feel somewhat safe running when it's dark. I like that we have sidwalks.

I live next to a small river and you can fish and swim. My work is only 5 to 7 minutes away. Crime isn't too bad.

It's quiet at night. I can let my kids out without worry. Weekends are filled with families outside.

The homes are beautiful. The lawns are perfect. We are out of the way, about 5 miles from town. Many beautiful women live in here also.
