New management company sucks.Will not fix anything just move you into another apartment that falls apart.pool water is black.maintenance department is incompetent and lost at doing the slightest thing.

If anything breaks dont expect it to get fixed anytime soon.if you have a weekend emergency you can forget it because they will claim to never get your messages.had to spend the whole week in a hotel due to the new poor
Management that started this month.They will not give you the owners contact information to help the issue.
