Social House

I recently moved into the property, and couldnt be happier with the choice!! Skyler, the property manager was so helpful with the application process, and you could tell she really knows her stuff! The complex is small, and very charming, and has everything we need!

Social House is a awesome apartment complex that is nestled in the middle of Nacogdoches..minutes away from SFA and all the restaurants. Skyler the Property Manager is awesome in working with you to get you into a apartment that you'll love! She is awesome at her job!! Thanks Skyler

I highly recommend Social House. I've lived here for about a year now and I've never once had any problems. The apartment complex is small which means work orders ACTUALLY get completed and the property managers office is smack in the center of the complex which allows him to keep an eye out on almost all the buildings. Because it's also a smaller complex, he knows all his tenants which helps to keep away unwanted visitors so personally, I feel like its one of the safest apartment complexes in Nacogdoches. Rent is cheap and everything is within a short walking distance. Its also only a 15 min walk or 5 min bike ride to campus which helps for those who don't own vehicles (like myself). Overall, this has been my favorite apartment complex to live in an I'm really glad my roommate and I decided to live here.
