I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE TO RENT THESE APARTMENTS. THE STAFF DOES NOT FULLY DISCLOSE THE APPROPRIATE INFORMATION A TENANT NEEDS TO BE IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE LEASE AGREEMENT. ACCORDING TO THE INFORMATION ADVERTISED ALL UTILITIES INCLUDED EXCEPT ELECTRICITY AND CABLE IS FALSE. THERE IS A SEPARATE BILL FOR TRASH AND WATER. WHEN SPEAKING TO THE OFFICE STAFF THEY WILL HANG UP ON YOU IF THEY FEEL THEY DO NOT HAVE TO EXPLAIN ANYTHING ABOUT THE TERMS OF THE AGREEMENT. IN THE FEW MONTHS RENTING WATER HAS BEEN SHUT OFF TWICE, FOR SEVERAL HOURS, WITHOUT WARNING. SO IF YOU ARE CONSIDERING RENTING, DO NOT, UNLESS YOU DO NOT MIND NOT BEING TREATED WITH RESPECT.
