They must have updated a couple of apartments because mines dnt look like none of these pictures. If you like to bbq. Barbecuing is not allowed or the grills.

Thank you for your review. Your feedback is appreciated and utilized in ensuring we improve ourselves daily. Yes we are currently renovating all homes at Lane at Towne Crossing so that all homes will look like the photos you view online. Although the Fire Marshall has prohibited grills at the apartments within the community, we do provide Barbecue Grills at both of community pools so that residents are able to continue to enjoy grilled food. If you would like to take a tour of the newly renovated homes please stop by the office we are here to assist in anyway we can.

Do NOT MOVE HERE! My pregnant wife called me saying the apartment manager would not give her access to our apartment! Luckily, the regional was there. NOPE! The regional manager, who should be an expert on the rules of renting an apartment was a complete joke and knew less than the manager herself about the community and its policies. She is on the lease and can be verified through our information in the file. When I called, they said I was rude and denied me access even when I showed them my ID. Thats right. I drove to the community, missed work hours, and still was denied access. How about I dont pay rent for the times they dont allow me access to the unit??
Furthermore, they questioned why I didnt have my keys and said they were only required to give me two at move in. Seriously!?!? Hope you never lose your keys!!!
To cap it alllllll off, the regional manager and community manager insulted my pregnant wife and me by stating, we shouldnt be struggling with keeping track of our keys. WOW. THIS MANAGEMENT COMPANY SHOULDNT BE STRUGGLING TO HIRE PEOPLE WITH BETTER CUSTOMER SERVICE THAN THE MONKEYS AT THE ZOO! THEY DONT ANSWER THEIR PHONES. THE PROPERTY IS DISGUSTING. THE MANAGEMENT IS RUDE AND DOESNT CARE ABOUT THE RESIDENTS. THEY ONLY CARE ABOUT THE MONEY AND DONT CARE IF THE RESIDENTS HAVE ACCESS TO THE UNIT. IT DEFINITELY FEELS LIKE A UNIT AND NOT A HOME. IF YOU WANT TO BE HAPPY, DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!

I have lived here since Dec 2017, so I have been here a yr now. I moved to the particular apts because I have a big dog and their pet friendly policy. I have a great prynese and they are big, so th is would not be allowed everywhere. When I have a maintenance issue it is dealt with immediately, I dont have many issues, but if I do. I enjoy living here. There is a dog park on the property that I take my dog to twice a day. I recommend the lane.

I am a senior who moved to The Lane in 2008.

At the time of my move and, search for "the right place for me", my sister and I discovered The Lane at Town Crossing.

We drove through several times, to see if we could get a sense of the soul of the complex.

We felt we were in the right place for me.

I was moving from Dallas to Mesquite to be closer to a sister.

I knew very little about Mesquite, other than a few quickie trips to visit a friend.

At the time of my move, the complex was managed by another property management company.

I was very pleased with the original management team.

November 17, 2016, tenants received notice that Pegasus Residential was now assuming management of The Lane.

The management team is outstanding.

They respond immediately to any e-mail I send.

The manager responds to my messages personally.

As stated, I am a senior with a lot of health issues, which did not develop until I had been here some years.

I was already handicapped when the Pegasus team took over.

I definitely try to keep my requests few and reasonable.

Sometimes they are able to accommodate me; sometimes not, for reasons I am always able to understand.

I try to never knowingly take advantage of management or maintenance.

Managment is very attentive.

If it was not for this management team and, maintenance staff, I would be unable to continue this current life of independent living.

Lane Maintenance staff is incredible. I cannot say enough regarding maintenance and the high regard I hold for each of them.

They are always prompt and 99.9% of the time, the job is done right the first time.

There are maintenance members who take the time to explain to you what went wrong, resulting in your possibly heading off a future repeat of a problem.

Each member is friendly, courteous and, very respectful.
