We have been living on premises for about 3 months are so far we are really happy with the place, neighbors are friendly, complex is well kept and safe.
The 3 large courtyards give children a safe place to play, hangout, etc. without worrying about them having to be in the parking lot, etc like at most apt complexes. Very pleasant, convenient, 1 block from hwy 80 and any type of shopping and services one would need. Including, Wal-Mart, Dennys, Waffle House, Bank of America, gas, car washes, Emergency room, etc.
I have been here 6 years, and the staff has always been 1st rate, knowledgeable, always willing to go above and beyond to solve any problem.
Only negative West facing units are impossible to cool during the summer.

It's very nice and clean the only thing is that parking suck because they have all these covered parking with no cars under them.
