What Renters Like and Dislike About McKinney

We are near to restaurants, gas stations, stores, churches and schools. It is a very settled neighborhood with families, both young and old.

I like the paths and walk to neighborhood waterways (with ducks and other birds, fish). It feels very safe and a lot of people walk/ride bikes and walk their dogs. It has very close access to the highway, but is very quiet and set off main roads (with golf course views).

We are close to our downtown which is nice. The are has good restaurants, which is fun! We are near lots of shopping like grocery stores and outlet malls.

my neighborhood has a golf course in the middle of it. it has nice quiet pools and nice neighbors. it has nice, clean parks for walking dogs.

There is not many people who live around here. Depending on the day the neighborhood can be extremely quiet.

It has a small town feel but very near city attractions. Favorite local businesses are chicken salad chick. The downtown McKinney area at Heritage square.
