Bexley at WestRidge

You should always give credit where credit is due. The Bexley Westridge team is wonderful! The office team, maintenance team, down to the vendors. Just amazing service and an overall good experience. You all have set the bar for how management should be done. Kudos to you and thank you for making this an enjoyable experience!

Cars of visiting friends vandalized 10/30/20 over a parking space. Slashed all tires and broke car window with rock! Office wouldnt help! Or let us file insurance claim on their property insurance. Gates were not working!

The property is kept up very well, the amenities are awesome, and the apartments are beautiful. I love living here-its quiet and peaceful. Cooper and Zana in the office are professional and polite.

I was in the shower and the maintenance people came in while i was nude with a towel ........ they knocked but did not even wait for me to open the door..they just walked in my living room .. i then said umm excuse me ?!?! get out of my house ....then they proceeded to tell me they work for maintenance... im still nude while they r trying to explain this ... so i told them to get out ...they looked at me funny and said.. (no) we are here from maintenance.... so i then said again get out of my house... .........they slowly left and the last one to walk out who append to be a male said were from maintenance so again i said to get out ... i told them a total of 4 times to get out !!!!! this was the worst experience of my life ! how dare they

Do no rent here. Too many problems and management is not interested. Amenities are a huge disappointment. Renters do not clean up after pets. There are a lot of cigarette butts on the ground considering it's a "smoke free" community.
