Parking and pool control with non residents and use of bottle beverages.

More enforcement on dog and dog area policies. Also, enforcement of rules for loud stereo systems blaring and loud exhausts in excess during late night hours.

Try to limit how many dogs can be allowed in one building. Not fun when you can hear your downstairs neighbors and next door neighbors dogs having a barking battle with each other often. Also i just wish people cared about others around them. All this week one of my neighbors has been leaving for work, i'm guessing, at 1:30-2:00 in the morning and living right next the the parking spots, its extremely loud and wakes me up. I feel bad for the people below me who's bedroom is right next to the car. I drive a black camaro that i consider to be a little loud, therefore i park on the other side of my building by the dumpster to try not and bother anyone.

More parking spaces and having a rule against people using the limited parking spots we do have as storage for the vehicles they are not driving regularly. Extra vehicles should be in storage, NOT taking up spots.
