I have lived here for a year now. i have never been late on rent. Never. Several times I have gone to the office with noise problems. i finally had to contact the Liaon officer to fix a barking dog problem. Come to find out the dog belonged to the maintenance man. Go figure. i live on the bottom floor. The tenants above me are up All night long. I told the girls in the office that there is a noise ordinance in Lubbock from 10 PM to 6 AM. I felt like I would move to a upstairs apartment where I didnt have to fight this time. I own businesses and dont have time to call the officer everyday. I simply wanted to move. Now I am being told to that I will have to pay the deposit and all the fees again. WOW. Great way to treat your tenants that give you no trouble and pay their rent 100% on time.
