On the and three other rent sites it says that the small 1bd/1ba is 565 and then their actual website says 700 and out of the mouth of the woman it's 730 so if your not watching out you could be out 215 dollars!! If I could have 1 word for it I would say SCAM!!!! I'd say be warned and look out!!

This is a nice complex but the manager Laura is rude and very disrespectful, she should not be working with the public.

Several complex listed here I arrive same day to inquire bout listing and price ,was told it's not there fault what's listed they have nothing available,then I check few days later same listing there but a increase in price,

I loved the larger rooms, the washer and dryer already in the apt., the affordability, and the beautiful area with the pond where the geese would rest on their migration south for the winter! I lived there back in college while attending Texas Tech and later as an Elem schoolteacher! I always felt very safe and the BIG sky of Lubbock is relaxing to view from the Indian Creek Apartments on Elgin!
