my final day was 28 FEB 2018. i have yet to see my deposit....and here it is now 27 MAR 2018....according to the guy there they will be submitting it on 1 APR 2018..... which me he said it would prob be 3 weeks after its been submitted... really? were talking two months plus after ive moved out. another thing is your automatically gonna get charged like $300 for carpet cleaning... if you dont get it professionally done then they will get it done for you... and they only go through one particular company for that....which i called and they said something like $75 a room, which means if your in a 2 bedroom thats $150 for carpets alone plus you still got to worry bout what else they gonna gind to charge you for. in my contract it does not state professional clean... i wasted my time making that apartment sparkle and i was still charged $300...be ready to pay when you move out regardless.
