What Renters Like and Dislike About Live Oak

I like that HEB is close, as is my church and gym also. Malls are close by and all kinds of hospital and medical services.we have coffee shops and good malls. Fav historic places and good restaurants

One unique thing about my neighborhood is it cannot be reached by public transportation. Another unique thing is that there are at least 10 restaurants within easy walking distance. My favorite local businesses are Dunkin, Tuesday Morning and Kohls. I like going to the park and Dunkin with my family.

The neighborhood is pretty, I like the buildings view. It has a Burlington near and it has fast exit to highways.

This is a neighborhood that is getting worse . over time. The homes are poor quality and falling apart are Crack problem in the foundations and families that live in the summer respect for each other

Unique beautiful model homes. I like newly luxurious home lifestyle that you can relax and feel safe

Usually quiet. I have had the same neighbor for decades. My grandkids can play in my front yard. I can leave my Grandkids toys in the driveway and they are not stolen
