New management has a NASTY attitude!!!

I've been a resident since 2013 and was the 1st to move into my building and unit. Since then we have endured issues with mold, astronomical utility and rental rate increases, high turnover in property ownership, management, and staff personnel, rodent infestation, a deplorable trash pickup and maintenance system, and the worse of all, lack of communication and respect as it relates to their tenants, and maintenance response time and resolution is a complete nightmare!

I have attempted to talk to the new management at the office and corporate level but if they respond to you it is only as a form of acknowledgment not to find a resolution. My latest issue happen minutes before the office on Sunday. My two-car garage door derailed and I could not get my car out. After leaving 4 repair tickets, calling after hour maintenance 4 times, and emailing the leasing manager directly, I received a call from the maintenance manager who was more concerned with getting paid if he come out than resolving the issue. After arguing and threatening to call coporate which is a joke, he came out, told me to pull my car out of the garage I pay for and left.

The following morning, I spoke to the manager, stop by the office and talked to the assistant manager, called coporate, and the regional manager who never responded to my call, and finally 22 hours later maintenance arrived and fixed the garage door in less than 30 minutes.

The following day, I called both the Corporate office and Regional manager demanding a return call or I would write a review on every site that advertises their company. I received a call from a corporate employee who only said she would report my concerns to the property manager.

I'm sure you are thinking why would she refer you back to the where the problem originated. That's just how much they care about their tenants and their concerns. Do not fall for the move-in specials, the units are cheaply built and the walls are paper thin. You will definite
