What Renters Like and Dislike

What Renters Like and Dislike About Little Elm

I like our neighborhood lakes and parks. Neighbors are very friendly and good for families. Lots of good restaurants within 5-10 minutes..

What is unique about me neighborhood is that we live on a lake , There food places all around bbq ,Mexican food you name it.

There is a small park that people can go to with their kids. There is also plenty of sidewalk so people can go for walks easily.

Children can play on the street. Theft is not common, although there is police presence to combat it. Most of the time, grocery stores and restaraunts are not too far of a drive.

I love the home that Good had blessed me with. I love that my neighbors are my skin color. The negative to them being my skin color, they act nothing like us.

The area is hidden from the city. Filled with tall pine trees and wild life not common in other surrounding areas. It has lake access and a private clubhouse for members. Golf carts are allowed so residents mingle and it fosters a nice community of neighbors.
