Great staff. Lusia ,Blanca, Sue Jill these women are Great I always feel at home. They are very helpful and if you have any issues they are right on top of it. I love my Oaks!!

I'm blessed to have come across these apartments. The staff where very pleasant, and efficient. I'm here from a different state, and they made me feel at home right away. I'm looking forward to my move in date. The grounds are clean, and the units are clean.

This apartment has given me more trouble than living here is worth. Back when they were "fixing" the parking lot, they made everyone fight for parking spots since residents can't just park at any place in the complex. Parking is assigned by block and since the whole block was taken, my car got towed and I was forced to deal with that. They said they were sorry for the inconvenience. The parking lot still has pot holes but a nice new paint job. Im glad to know my car being towed to denton was worth it!

They also take forever to fix anything. You put in a request and they show up whenever, usually a few days later to a week.

The apartment was also roach filled when I moved in.

My neighbors constantly let their dogs crap all over their balconies and I have to deal with the smell. Management doesn't seem to care.

We are sorry to hear that you have been forced to deal with these issues. We do our best to be prompt and timely when dealing with maintenance issues and apologize if this has not been reflected in your experience. We want nothing more than for you to be comfortable in your home and apologize if this has contributed any undue stress. While it sounds like we have failed to be accommodating in the past, we would like the opportunity to turn things around and restore your home to perfect condition. We do not assign parking spaces unless it is for paid covered parking or numbered spaces, otherwise, it is open parking for all residents. Thank you for letting us know about your neighbor's pet deposits, we will absolutely send a notification to them, however we would need your cooperation to identify them. Please stop by the office at your soonest convenience so we can develop a timeline to address your parking and any other issues you may have.

It is very difficult to resolve anonymous communications, but if you give us the opportunity to make this right we will do our best to try . Dont move here they will move you into a roach infested apartment and not fix any problems until a month later. WORST EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE. Would rather live in a tent out in the woods.
