We've been living here for 2 years (my boyfriend, 2 kids and our dog). We really appreciate the office staff, especially Jared and Samantha - they always take care of us and any issues that come up. We plan on staying for at least another 2 years, and then hopefully get a house!

DO NOT MOVE HERE! I have lived here since this community was first built and I have witnessed the steady decline in service and professionalism here. We now have major issues here. I did NOT renew my lease, hint. This was a great place to live....but not NOW! EXERCISE YOUR OPTIONS, PLEASE!!

I have lived here almost 3 years. The grounds are kept up nicely. Service requests are answered in a timely fashion. I love the floodplain of my apartment. Management does everything they can to ensure residents are respectful of each other
