I have lived here for two years. When I moved here originally, this was a nice community and I loved living here. Within the last 8 months things have declined significantly. The property does not get taken care of in the back, the fitness equipment has been broken for months, requests to fix appliances go unnoticed or you are told that they are working properly when they are not. I'm so ready to move out of here.

Whatever you do I urge you not to rent here!!! If I could give it negative stars I would. Read the past 10 reviews. How many are one star? I currently live here and the less than two year old building looks 10 years old. Management is incompetent and constantly revolving. It is my opinion that the leasing office would sell their soles to just get you to sign on the dotted line. It is my opinion that Jessica the current manager couldnt care less about any future/past tenants, but I will tell you she is good at telling you what you want so you go away. I have to wait sometimes for days to get a return email or phone call. It is my opinion that they fake, very well I must say, that they care in the beginning then to just treat you like your invisible after you sign the lease. The trailer park next door BLARES music at all hours some days. I live in a one bedroom and pay in excess of $200 over market value compaired to brand new locations near by. The room I rent has cheap fake hard wood floors, cheap appliances and some of my cabinets rub/are not installed correctly. Electricity is also very expensive at this location both in Summer and in Winter. The reason I most want to leave is there are small dogs all over the property that bark constantly, so be aware if you work from home/like silence when you get home from work, this place may not be right for you. Please do you research and look elsewhere before you choose a new home. Here is your warning, you dont want to be stuck in a lease like I am.
