What Renters Like and Dislike About Kyle

We have a pretty nice neighborhood. Everyone is always looking out for each other and offering help if needed. Lots of parents do play dates with their children and often do a meet and greet at the neighborhood pool.

I like that it's quiet and safe. It's near a convenience store and a couple of restaurants. There's a park with a dog park pretty close. The high school is right across the road from the neighborhood, although sometimes that's an inconvenience.

nothing unique like the close grocery store and close conven ilike going to the local pizza place with friends.ience store.

First of all we are gated community. The doors need passcode to enter. All the facilities require key to enter.

You dont get noise complaints from anyone and my neighbors are really friendly. There is also a family dollar near by and a gas station with a fruit place so thats good.

I like going with my friends and family to the diner we have and we can play games and eat food while being entertained

All About

Living in Kyle, TX

Kyle is a town in Texas with approximately 37,000 residents. It's a nice place to raise a family, as young children account for a higher percentage of the population here (9%) than nationally (6%), while retirees are less well-represented. Overall, the city's population, with an average age of just over 32, is younger than most cities in Texas. The majority of Kyle residents own their homes, and 28% of residents rent. With an average rent of $1,433/month, exceeding the state average by $405 per month, relatively high rent costs may be a factor in the higher levels of ownership.

Among Kyle residents older than 25, 19% possess a Bachelor's, Master's, Professional, or Doctoral degree. Many Kyle residents work in one of three industries: retail, education, and healthcare. Together, these industries make up 20% of the workforce in the city. Meanwhile, looking at job function, 11% of the city's population works in sales, making it the top career path in the city. With an average annual income of almost $83,000, Kyle workers take home around $10,000 more than their peers elsewhere in Texas. The city's average income also compares favorably to the national average of $73,345.

Averaging about 38 minutes, the commute time for Kyle residents is slower than the Texas average of about 27 minutes. Many residents (47%) drive their car or truck to work, while public transit isn't used. Walking isn't a common way to get to work.
