After having lived in several apartment communities, and most of them were ok, I must say Harbor View is by far THE BEST!

Harbor View is in a great location, right off Lake Houston. High School and Grammar Schools close. Grocery Stores centrally located in either direction. There are Restaurants, and Bars within walking distance. And during the summer their are concerts, and during the year there are all sorts of activities. Inclusive within Harbor View there is a Fitness Room, a Yoga Room, a Club House with a billiard table, and a card table, a pool with Barbeque Grill., an a five tear Parking Garage and secure doors. In essence a great place to live.

- We happily accept up to 2 pets per apartment home. We have a one-time non-refundable pet fee of $200 per pet, a refundable deposit of $200 per pet, and a monthly pet rent of $25 per pet. The following breeds are restricted: Pit Bull Terrier, Staffordshire Terrier, American Staffordshire Terrier, American Pit Bull Terrier, or all mixes of the above-listed breeds.
