I just move in a month ago and Im very pleased with apartment. Its a very quiet place. The maintenance and the staff are very helpful and friendly. The apartments are spacious and affordable. Love it!

Office personnel turnover is constant and generally they are neither knowledgable or helpful. The pool has been closed early two years in a row for vandalism, right in the middle of or beginning of summer. The rents are reasonable, the layouts are good, maintenance does their best to keep up, and the location is excellent. However, there is a constant police presence at the back of the complex for various reasons. You have to really keep a close eye on the money they charge you and the money you've paid them. All in all, I wouldn't recommend this place any longer.
