Lord help you if you ever have your AC go out like we did. We barely had it fixed last night at 8:30pm even though we called about it LAST SATURDAY. There was such a lack of communication and clearly didn't seem that big of an issue for them. Since our baby's nursery doesn't have a ceiling fan and it is on the west side of our 2nd floor apartment, it gets unbelievably hot in there, even with blackout curtains! They put one wall unit in the kitchen, where it does us no good. They didn't offer any type of compensation or reimbursement. I'm just over it.

Been living here for almost 3 months now and this place was not what I expected. Dont live here because of the amenities they offer. When we want to use the pool its always under maintenance, 24 hour fitness center is not 24 hours at all. They close the gate at the pool so you cant even go in the fitness center. Barbecue grills are a joke. Volleyball court is just an empty stinky sand pit. Spa tub isnt even a spa because the jets arent strong enough. Also, there were many nights when I would hear people just hanging out outside having loud conversations. The walls are so thin I can hear my neighbors conversations. I spend most of my time at home so trust me. I cant wait for our lease to end. The only think I love about this place is the location and its the cheapest among the other apartments nearby.

We live in a quiet part of the complex. We loved living here for the most part but there are definitely some huge downfalls.

1) never enough parking. People love bringing their friends over to party and they take up all the parking spots. Literally have to fight for parking every time I come home

2) walls are paper thing. I can hear every conversation, every sneeze, any and everything that goes on with my neighbors. Absolutely hated that.

3) animals. No one ever seems to pick up their dog poop and I always felt bad that maintenance had to go around and pick that up.

And I gave 4 stars because I love the office staff and maintenance. They knew us by name and apartment every time we came in (which wasnt often) and were very friendly. Which Ive never experienced before with any apartment staff ever!
