Very amazing place to live. Its always cozy and a great place to call home. Office staff has always treated my family and I with the utmost respect. They have always gone out of their way to try and help me with any hard comings while paying rent or paying for other services. The amenities are very nice and my kids love the playground. Over all Id give the complex and the staff 6 stars if I could!!! I have lived here 1 1/2 years and never had any problems.

No one ever responds to your emails or calls
They were extremely friendly to begin with and then they as soon as we moved in, the management was terrible. We noticed ants take over our kitchen before we even had a chance to get food in there and I called multiple times and got no call back. I had leave work early one day and go tell them and even then, they said it would be a week before they could get someone out so I just went ahead and did my own extermination. Then our hot water heater went out because its outside and the wind blows it out. When I called the oncall maintenance man, he was extremely rude and asked if it could wait until the morning... of course I told him no because its his job. He gets paid to do it. So another instance came around with our hot water heater a coupld months later and I called him and he said turn the heater off and turn it on in 30 minutes mind you its freezing outside. So we did it and it didnt work. I knew it was the hot water heater because its common sense but he just did not want to work, like the rest of the staff here. So I call him again and leave a message. Wait an hour, call again, leave a message. I left probably 4-5 messages until my boyfriend and I had to break into our hot water heater closet and light it ourselves. Thank God we got it lit because it was less than 60 degrees in our apartment and we needed showers and he could care less. I never got a call back from him. And then, while Ive noticed a couple baby spiders here and there, I never paid attention. Theyre so small. So I wake up one morning and I have a spider bite on my neck and a huge lump under it from the reaction of the bite. I call the office and let them know that I need an exterminator out and let them know I got bit by a spider and I might need to go to the ER. Left my name, apartment number, phone number, everything they need and I still have yet to get a call back. Dont move here.
