What Renters Like and Dislike

What Renters Like and Dislike About Jersey Village

Love the area we live at because neighbors are friendly and help each other. Also this a very nice subdivision with a club house, swimming pool and neighborhood park.

My subdivision is very small. Everyone is friendly. The CVS and Walgreens are near each other. We have good restaurants here.

There are a couple of nice restaurants at the front of the subdivision. But I would not walk there at night alone. We have our own mayor, police, fire and EMS. Two minute response time from police, fire, ENS.

Friendly people. Walmart supermarket . I like to going to Macdonald and Starbucks. It safe and clean place and I like so much food there . I going to my friends on weekends to eat those places

Most of my friends in my school live in the neighborhood as me. It's unique because everyone is friendly.

My neighborhood is unique because of the parks and lakes surrounding me. My favorite places so far are target, HEB and total wine.

All About

Living in Jersey Village, TX

More than a few people have sought out an apartment in the Houston area to move closer the fun and excitement that often accompanies city life. Houston is home to many thriving sports franchises, including the Rockets, Texans and Astros, the Houston Zoo, the Houston Symphony Orchestra, and enough restaurants, clubs and concert halls to satisfy nearly every craving for entertainment. But, as residents who rent apartments in Jersey Village have found out, a small community can offer even more recreation than the big city by virtue of its sprawling layout and reverence of nature.

While walking through Houston, a pedestrian will pass countless movie theaters, bowling alleys and bars, but it's not likely that he or she will come across a golf course or beautiful lake. Those who rent apartments in Jersey Village have relied on these scenic treasures for relaxation and recreation for years. Jersey Meadow Golf Course is a public course, making it open to all local apartment residents. The course is modestly priced, though this seems to have no effect on the quality of play; Jersey Meadow Golf Course was listed in Golf Digest's Best Places To Play listing in 2007, 2008 and 2009.

For a little variety in the leisurely lives, those renting Jersey Village apartments can head over to Jersey Lake for some swimming or fishing. The lake is owned by the Jersey Village homeowners association and is open to town residents looking to spend a peaceful day on the water.
